As part of Autodesk’s commitment to Channel Development in Northern Europe the portal allows each individual in the Autodesk partner channel to manage their own skills development journey as they progress to their next level of commercial capability.
The personalised web-hosted environment, is the only route to the highly popular funded training provided by Autodesk and fully automates the training experience whilst tracking achievement. This was practically a full time role for one individual within the Autodesk team.
The whole life cycle from booking, to post-course surveys is handled by the system, allowing Autodesk to reduce admin costs to a point where the system is expected to pay for itself within 6 months.
Personalisation technology ensures that all Email and SMS messages, whilst 100% automatic, are still highly relevant and specific to the individual.
