Symbiotic Server Checking - An in-house
technique developed by Zaptext, which ensures that a small portion
of each servers workload is given over to running an intelligent server
monitor program which watches other servers in the network.
The servers works like a family - if a server fails, one of sisters
sees the failure, and alerts all infrastructure staff (via SMS if
necessary).

Full DNS Fail-Over - We run a seperate
DNS monitoring service.
Bottom-lne ? If any in-bound data connection fails for any reason,
the DNS monitor will alter internet references so that anyone using
zaptext, or zapcapture will be redirected through a seperate internet
server network, seamlessly.

Multiple Communications Pipelines
- We have multiple inbound communication technology , and multiple
vendors, which provides maximum up-time, and fail-over.

Continuity Reporting - hour by hour volume and throughput
monitoring, which lets us know the load on the various servers involved
